Published Date: Feb 23, 2015
Shooting of highly anticipated movie “Homework” has come to an end. Nirak Paudel—directed “Homework” was end clapped on Tuesday, February 17.
“Homework” doubly features actor Aaryan Sigdel as an old schoolboy and his younger son. Together with Sigdel, Gauri Malla, Namrata Shrestha, Bijaya Lama and GP Timilsina have played their key roles in the movie. The storyline of the movie suggests challenges and struggle, if judged fairly, brings success on one’s life. This is the second project of Nepal’s oldest and the most prestigious banner Gopi Krishna Movies on which Aaryan Sigdel is playing the lead and the first film of Sigdel that features him as an odd character.
“Homework” was mostly shot in Balaju—based NFDC Studio. The movie was also shot in sets built in Pokhara and Narayanghat. According to producers, plummeting cost of set---design and shooting made the film unit aware of its quality. Director Nirak Poudel says the real credit of the accomplished project goes to his tough homework.
Presented by Uddav Poudel, and produced by Nikita Poudel, Niraj Poudel and Nirak Poudel, “Homework” is scripted by Shivam Adhikari and shot by cinematographer Purushottam Pradhan.
