Chaulagain Records a Sentimental piece of “Laljodi”

Yubraj Chaulagain, best known for pal bharmai khusi from “November Rain”, is currently one of the most sought after playback singers in Nepali film industry. On Monday, March 18, he was spotted recording a song of forthcoming movie--- “Laljodi” at Musician Recording Studio, Dhobidhara.
Chaulagain was recording a sentimental song dukkha le ma mateko chhu composed by Santosh Shrestha. This is the first time Santosh Shrestha is composing for a motion picture soundtrack. “Euta Sathi” debutant and journalist Laxman Subedi is writer, producer and director of the movie scheduled to go on floor from Nepali New Year.
Also the lyricist of the song, director Subedi said the song carries the theme of the movie. Composer Santosh Shrestha said he believes the song arranged by Sudeep Sagar will help him establish in Nepali playback music scene.
To be created under the banner of Dilasa Creation, “Laljodi” will be shot by cinematographer Rameshwar Karki. Crew members of the movie are yet to be selected.
